DO-IT Prof Team Member Honored
Deb Casey Powell, Dean of Student Affairs at South University in Palm Beach Florida and DO-IT Prof Team member, has been awarded the Mid-Level Student Affairs Professional Award by the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators-Region III (NASPA). This award recognizes individuals who demonstrate outstanding commitment to the profession and who are experienced in creating campus environments that promote student learning. Ms. Casey-Powell has been a team member of the DO-IT Prof Team and has recently presented DO-IT research results to the National NASPA conference as well as the National ACPA (American Association of Personnel Administrators) conference. She is scheduled to present to this summer in º£½Ç´óÉñ, D.C with other DO-IT Prof Team members.
